Also provides the managed care authority for Kansas's concurrent Section 1915(c) home- and community-based services waivers. Approved December 27, 2012, effective January 1, 2013; current authority runs through December 31, 2028. Does not expand Medicaid eligibility in Kansas -- the state remains non-expansion.
