Can you rely on the record?

Before you rely on a rate, know whether it is on record, and from where.

Four sources: hospital and commercial payer published rates, with Medicare and Medicaid fee schedules. Here is what is covered, and what is not.

Use it to confirm your payers, states and codes are covered, know what is not covered, or scope a first sample.

One view of all four sources. Hospitals and payers show the tracked universe by file-quality grade. Medicare is every fee schedule in every locality; Medicaid is every non-MCO state. Every rate keeps its source and the date the source says it took effect; each delivery is built to your scope and stamped with the pull date.

How delivery works

Built to your scope, from the latest published files.

You send the scope

The codes, payers, hospitals and states you care about.

We pull the latest

The newest published file from each source for that scope.

You get the record

Each rate with its source, the date the source says it took effect, and the date we pulled it.

What you may be thinking

Where do the commercial and hospital rates come from?

From the files payers and hospitals are required to publish: payers’ negotiated-rate files and hospitals’ price transparency files. We collect, match and check them, then add Medicare and Medicaid for reference.

Do you cover my payers and codes?

Send them. Coverage for your payers and codes is stated before you commit, and what a source does not publish is named.

Send your codes and payers. We tell you what is covered, within 24 hours.
